Before your product is produced, we will show you our designs using CAD-CAM drawing software and technology or a specification to provide a visual representation of the case. After the design has been approved, we can move on to producing an initial prototype or pre-production samples if required. Our experienced production team will start crafting various parts of the case, which will each go through rigorous processes and checks, to ensure the highest quality product is created. This can involve laminating and gluing, welding, riveting, stitching and foam slitting and slicing, until we produce your bespoke equipment cases and they are fit for use.
