We utilise our in house CAD technology to produce high quality custom cut CNC routings, water jet or die cut foam inserts and product boards for customers with existing outer packaging as well as for customers sourcing new case or bag requirements with us.

Whether your custom interior requirement is for the protection or presentation of your samples, products or equipment our manufacturing facilities enable us to consistently produce custom cut foam inserts and bespoke interior case solutions to the highest standard.

Whatever your requirement maybe we can offer a complete packaging solution and if it does not exist we can work alongside you too create it.

Materials

Plastazote, Evazote – Light Weight, impact absorbing, high performance, high temperature and chemical resistance as well as good resistance to oils, greases and alcohols and comes in a variety of density and colour options.  Closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene (also known as PE foam ) and EVA .

Ethafoam, Stratocell, Polylam – Economic packaging foam, black and white only plus anti-static pink option.  Closed-cell non-cross-linked polyethylene  (also known as PE foam).

Chemically Blown Block – Stable and resistant to wear and tear, good temperature resistance, thermal insulation, light weight and offers  shock absorption, resistance to harsh chemicals and fluids and comes in a variety of colours and density options.  Closed-cell, cross-linked (also known as PE foam).

Polyurethane and Polyether, Plain Grey Foam, HLB22, Egg Box/Profile/Convoluted Foam – Medium durability, ideal for packaging and presentation use, comes with a variety of coloured brushed nylon top options.  Open-cell, polyurethane foam (also known as PU foam).

We supply all of the above foams in sheet and pad form as well as fully customised interiors or fabricated parts.
