Can I purchase an accessory only?
Accessory-only orders are not possible via our website, as the delivery is built into the cost of the case or bag.
However, we are happy to process accessory-only orders via telephone. These orders do carry a surcharge for delivery – the cost can vary depending on the accessory required, but is usually £12.50 plus VAT.
Can I purchase a replacement component part such as a handle or lock etc?
Replacement components are available on selected items, the easiest way for us to be answer with certainty is to email us a photograph of the part required and then an overall picture of the case or bag it is fitted to and email it to us.
