This has also included presentation and packaging solutions for leading manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

Why Bespoke Equipment Cases Are Used

The purpose and requirements of each of our cases are determined entirely by the client’s needs and requirements. This can include keeping items safe during transit, presentation and display purposes or as a solution for storage.

We also distribute heavy-duty protective cases from leading brands, such as Peli Storm Cases, Peli Protector Cases and NANUK Protective Hard Cases while developing strong business relationships throughout our history.

How We Custom Design Equipment Cases

You will be with us every step of the way when producing your bespoke equipment case, which starts by drafting up a custom design based on your given brief.

Some of our customers know exactly which type of case or bag they require, whereas others leave this to us to recommend suitable products based on the contents and environment of the case or bag. The other critical consideration is what the purpose of the case is for - protection of critical items, easing the need to store and transport products easily or to display, present and promote products, samples, equipment or kits or even a combination of the above criteria.

Before your product is produced, we will show you our designs using CAD-CAM drawing software and technology or a specification to provide a visual representation of the case. We use this opportunity to discuss any changes to the designs our clients want to make and discuss what needs to be implemented or tweaked.

Our Rigorous Production Process

After the design has been approved, we can move on to producing an initial prototype or pre-production samples if required. Our experienced production team will start crafting various parts of the case, which will each go through rigorous processes and checks, to ensure the highest quality product is created. This can involve laminating and gluing, welding, riveting, stitching and foam slitting and slicing, until we produce your bespoke equipment cases and they are fit for use.

Different Types of Bespoke Products

There are a whole plethora of cases that are available, from sample carrying cases to protective storage cases with foam and equipment cases with wheels. We offer various Peli Cases which come in a variety of sizes with the option of adding standard pre-cubed Pick ‘n’ Pluck foam sets, TrekPak dividers and padded divider sets. Our plastic cases are easily customisable to match corporate colours, with the option to add your company branding - which makes them ideal as promotional presentation cases.

We also provide medical cases and bags for transporting unique items, soft cases where you can store and organise equipment and any accessories and replacement pieces you might require, such as foam inserts in differing sizes or case lids. Bags are commonly chosen as they are flexible in size and lightweight.

FAQS About Bespoke Equipment Cases

How does the process of sourcing bespoke equipment cases for our products work?

The process starts with understanding both your company’s products and the environment the equipment cases will be used within as well as discussing any appearance or key features you may require the case or bag design to include. Commonly requested features would be adding your company logo, wheels to ensure easy transportation or foam inserts to be included in the bespoke equipment case design. The information provided allows us to ensure the equipment cases we suggest as a solution are fit for the purpose they will be used for and meet both your expectations and needs. Of course we can also work to your brief or an existing product you can supply as a starting part if you prefer.

What information do you need to provide a quotation for custom cut foam inserts to hold all of my products?

When custom foam inserts are required to provide a quotation we would require one of the following:
a/ a physical set of samples
b/ a rough drawing with dimensions including depths for items
c/ a digital photo of the items laid out with overall perimeter size & the depth of each item
d/ a CAD file such as DXF, DWG, PDF

Can I add branding or a company logo or sales message?

Yes, our cases and bags can be produced to match corporate colours and you can also have your company logo applied. Branding options give bespoke equipment cases the added benefit of also being able to be used as promotional sample presentation cases by sales reps. Our various branding options include digital and silk screen printing, embroidery, in mould labelling as well as various badge and plate options. Branding options do vary depending on the type of equipment case or bag that is being produced and some options do have minimum order requirements. To discuss the options of adding a logo or branding to any of our cases or bags please give us a call on 0116 2767562 or contact us.

Can I order just one case or is there a minimum order?

Although there isn’t a minimum purchase, single cases do have initial set-up costs attached so are significantly less cost-effective. For volume orders these initial set-up costs still apply but are amortised across the larger quantities with bulk order discounts also being applied automatically to quantity orders.

How does the quotation and order process work?

The quotation will be produced with a description of the design and if the order is confirmed prior to production we will always supply a visual representation of the design and layout of the cases for your approval. These drawings not only offer a visual representation but also enables you to discuss with us any changes that may be required before the design is processed and production begin.
