Dual colour foam is most commonly used for foam tool control trays and drawer liners. Contrasting coloured foams are tailor made with dedicated recesses or cut-outs, these two colour, tool control foams can also be branded & colour linked to further promote your corporate colours & company name/logo.

Can I buy dual colour tool control foam pads to customise myself?

Yes, this is possible. You will need to know the overall size of the foam pad/liner required and the preferred colour option and we can advise current stock availability, lead time and price. Don’t forget to let us know your address including post code if you require delivery.

What depth options are available?

This is often dictated by the depth of the drawer or product that the tool control is to go within.

The upper layer of the dual colour foam is most commonly black and 5mm in depth laminated to 28mm creating 33mm overall, or 5mm to 45mm creating 50mm overall, but can be other colours and depths as each project requires to suit specific tools.

Do you have any standard layouts of tool control or dual colour foam?

No, we have no standard layouts. All tool control foam is produced to each customers and requirement.

What information is required to quote for tool control dual coloured foam?

We will need to know the drawer/overall foam size and quantity required, and the number of tools you require cut outs for.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order a 1-off, however the design origination costs for 1-off some individuals find cost prohibitive as this process is labour intensive and has an associated cost for the design and CAD programming process. As with all of our products, we do offer discount for volume orders.
