ABS Tool Case – 20 Inch

20 inch ABS tool case with either a standard or deluxe interior option,  UK manufactured by PottertonPacs.  This case is also known as the T20 standard  or T20 deluxe tool case and features an aluminium triple frame with strong mitre less corners and scratch resistant ABS shells which are stitched with steel to aluminium the frame.  Fitted with twin key lockable toggle locks with two keys supplied, this tool case has a strong and comfortable carry handle.  Our 18 and 20 inch ABS tool cases are fitted with reinforcing metal corners to the 4 lower corners and the based is fitted with an upgraded hinge plate with built in standing foot.

What’s the difference between the standard and the deluxe versions? The standard and deluxe tool cases model are exactly the same externally,  the difference is all internal.

Standard model – has two individual tool boards and a base tray with fixed dividers

Deluxe model – had two tool boards which are are joined and fitted with carry handles (to allow you take a reduced number of tools on to a site) and a base tray with has a section with movable dividers.

Within the lid of both versions of the 20 inch tool cases have a metal literature divider fixed into place to offer storage for any necessary paperwork to also be carried within the tool case.   The base of the 20 inch tool case is fitted with a sturdy vacuum formed tool tray (as indicated above) and two versatile tool boards with pouches and elastic loops are also included.  The lid tool board is fitted with a pair of turn buckles to secure the tool board within the case and the second sits within the base section of the tool case on top of the tool tray.
