Polyethylene foams – Higher density foams, such as Polylam, Stratocell, Ethafoam, Jiffy foam and Plastazotes, these foams again range in density, performance and appearance. Offering much higher load-bearing properties for the heavier items you need to house within a custom foam insert and with a more compact cell structure to aid the recovery of the materials after an impact. Most polyethylene materials are available in black or white, blue or pink, with pink usually signifying antistatic properties. The Plastazote range is available in a broader range of colours at certain densities, which can add dramatically to the overall appearance of a plastic equipment case. Polyethylene foams can be supplied as simple cut foam pads, or as custom cut foam inserts with cut out to hold your products or equipment produced by either die cutting, water jet cutting or CNC routing.
Within the range of custom foam inserts we are able to provide there is a wide selection of different corporate colours to choose from. This is especially useful if you have multiple business colours. You can make your plastic equipment case in your primary business colour, then choose to have the foam insert in the secondary business colour.
